Called me a few hours ago while I was at work. Can't answer calls while working anyway, but didn't recognise number, and since checking here, have seen others talking about it being a scam call. They did not leave a message.

Claimed to be from O2 and had good news my number ending in xxx had been selected for a discount. I advised I was not interested and they hung up before I got to it. Since blocked them

Pretended to be tesco mobile offering 30% off my bill but wanted a variety of account information to verify. Even sent texts that came through as Tesco Mobile, but they asked for a code it said never to give anyone over the phone - definite scam

Claimed my number had been selected by O2 for a discount. I'm not with O2. Asked a load of questions, I gave incorrect answers. They hung up when I said I was reporting the number as a scam
