Called claiming that they are asking for survey for my recent complain report, hasn’t coordinated on the survey since I am out for dinner. The man from the other line seems sketchy, the caller ID tagged the number calling from High Peak England.

Asked for me by name. Calling from some data company apparently conducting market research on behalf of my water company. Not sure I trust that as my name isn't associated with any water company bill but offered to take my name off "the list". Perhaps genuine market research but unsolicited nonetheless.
