Rang my number didn't answer as I didn't know the number then they rang again pretty much straight away which some times the hospital does so answered it and was bad connection and first off got my first name wrong and then continued to say she could see that I had my flu jab and was checking if I had received my certificate of vaccination to which I said I've had the flu jab every year for the past 33 years and NEVER had a certificate as it's all online on the NHS app she then hung up so SCAM!

Used my name and could hardly speak English, sounded South Asian. Said he was from Citizen Advice. Didn't give him the chance to say anything else. I asked why Citizen Advice were contacting me. He hung up. Tried phoning number back and it is constantly engaged. Number now blocked. Had a simular number call me 2 weeks ago as I'm recording them. Scammers for sure.

He called me by my 1st name said his name was Marcus don't think so and said he was from citizen advice I just said know your not why would you ring me if I didn't ask for you to and they hung up

They said they were citizens advice and wanted to know about my life insurance. Apparently giving government benefits on top. It's the second time they've called to ask me about it. Now blocked.

Rang twice leaving no message. I wouldn't answer as I read the comments above. Thank you.

Citizens Avice Bureau - NOT. Ha! Updating my details on my life assurance. Total SCAM BLOCK NUMBER.

Didn’t say anything - more likely to be another scam call! Another number blocked.

I believe it was more than likely spam. Said they were calling from Public Health authority to update my health records. ERMMM..... No thanks. I keep my info up to date with my GP thanks very much. I did hang up and blocked the number.

Caller said they were from Public Health authority regarding vaccinations and wanted my address. It was very suspicious and they put phone down on me.
