I received an automated call. When I pressed ‘1’ an Indian sounding woman thanked me for ringing the Visa Security Department. I said: ‘First of all, I did not ring you, you rang me. I know that there is no Visa Security Department’, so she hung up. The area code is for Maldon, Essex.
