Calling from Money Advice Bureau. Music blasting in background makes it even more difficult to understand accent.

Said the were from the Money Advice Bureau, and that I’d made an enquiry with them. I hadn’t made any such enquiry so hung up. Call was in a call centre with an Indian accent.

Called asking to speak to someone with a similar name to me. When I said no that’s not me then asked if I could help them with telling them my name… could hear it was in a call centre. Barely spoke English, hung up before I could hear anything else
