Very persistent calls from this number and also one ending 7708. Don’t recognise the number so haven’t bother to answer it.

Called, flagged as spam so didn't answer... checked this page and seems right to not answer. Number now blocked.

Any numbers especially 0161 numbers I view with suspicion, and always check on pages like this. It sounds dodgy

Pretended to be Virgin Media - maybe they were but I suspect not so marked as likely spam. As I couldn't understand them I asked them to mail me with what they wanted to discuss then hung up. They called back, something to do with O2 and Virgin merge and something not working in the next few days was what I got, said my SIM would probably sit working and they'd send me another. As I don't use O2 or Virgin I told them I wasn't interested. They asked which network I use. I said they didn't need to know and I hung up again.

Flagged by my phone provider as likely nuisance so I didn’t answer. No voice mail left and no follow up so assume it was.
