multiple calls but when i answer the phone is disconnected, scam spam take your pick

Been informed that i have won a PPI claim and told me the amount, Wanted more banking information but i have explained that i work for a fraud team and to put anything in writing. They mentioned HRMC and Blackhorse in the same sentence but explained that HMRC have nothing to do with a PPI case.
