Getting nuisance calls from this number in Chipping Norton. I have successfully blocked them on my phone, but they get through to my voicemail box. Impossible to call them back.

keep on calling me rings once and that is all. I have tried calling the number back but it just double beeps and line goes dead. I am getting up to 6 calls a day. I was in the US when they first started and continue daily. I left the US last night and returned back to the UK this morning. So far no calls today. Who are these people? I hope that I am not going to get charged for their 20 or so calls over the last week!
