Hung up when I answered the phone

Individual called asking who does the electricity and that they needed to register with them. I advised them I could organise my own electricity as I am in talks with suppliers. They advised this wasn't a good idea.

Since moving business premises, had numerous phone calls from this and similar companies saying we haven't given a meter reading etc. Assume they've been sold details by 118 who phoned to check existing business details and were informed of office move.

Very rude, hung up when I said I couldn't put them through to the CEO regarding utilities

Asked to speak to 'David' when I tried to say there was noone here by that name she had ready hung up on me. Suspect on scam.

These people are constantly calling saying they own the electricity supply. SCAM

Lady asking about person who deals with electricity accounts, threatening to cut us off as the meter had been registered. Could not email me her details or send the letter that was already 'sent' may be phishing scam. Will call back at three pm or cut us off!

Lady called asking to speak to the CEO or whoever deals with bills... Told her it's not the CEO it's someone else. Asked for a name and number to call her back & she said it would cost a fortune then she hung up on me

Lady called and asked for a person by name, when I said they did not have a landline phone and i could take a message and get a call back for them, they hung up.

A lady wanting to speak to the person who deals with the electricity accounts. When I said the person wasn't here, the lady asked for a personal number. I said I wasn't giving out personal numbers and then she put the phone down on me.
