Debt collector scam and when I blocked this number, started texting me daily as "NEWLYN". Same text messages as above, “Notice of enforcement has expired. We are looking to remove your goods as per the Taking Control of Goods Regulations. Call 01604 438534 Quote XXXXXXX” And second msg: “We are acting upon your live court order. An Enforcement Agent is due to attend your home address please call 01604 438534 to stop this legal process. XXXXXX”

Received 2 txtmsg from NEWLYN, first saying: “Notice of enforcement has expired. We are looking to remove your goods as per the Taking Control of Goods Regulations. Call 01604 438534 Quote 6796571” And second msg: “We are acting upon your live court order. An Enforcement Agent is due to attend your home address please call 01604 438534 to stop this legal process. 6796571” ITS a SCAM

I also received "Notice of enforcement" but the Taking Control of Goods Regulations only apply after a Notice of Enforcement. I neither have unpaid debt nor have I received a formal notice. This can only be fraud.

Fraudulent sending threatening messages but not saying who they are trying to contact. Dangerous do not answe.

Company claiming that we owed council tax when we do not

I’ve received text message to call this number to talk to someone who can assist with my “council debt” whatever that means. It’s definitely SCAM.

I answered the call to a recorded message saying it was from the bank department. No name of any bank in particular saying something about fraudulent activity going on in my account, my account is fine. obviously a scam
