Trying to do a survey for replacement doors and double glazing using the green scrapping allowance/grant, said I'd asked for it (no, I hadn't). Tried to tell me my EPC was a D when it hasn't been assessed and to try and sound legitimate, kidded on he had walked past the house as he knew the colour of my door and car - hey you can get all that info off Google Earth. Then he got the road name wrong of where I lived despite him claiming he lived round the corner. When I started saying I wasn't interested (politely), he cut the call. Think his name was Bradley. Do these people think we're all gullible?
