I received a call today from 01603363382 claiming to be from Virgin Media, asking a few feedback questions and then offering to give me a 40% reduction in my bill. They asked for personal details, email address and account details (which I did not give). I was suspicious and while talking looked up the number and saw here that it seems to be a landline operated by Colt Technology Services and located in Norwich, England. When I pointed out that they were not calling from Virgin Media they claimed to be a marketing company and when I asked how they could then reduce my monthly bill they simply hung up. Amusingly enough they phoned again 5 minutes later claiming to be from Sky asking for feedback. When I said hello again is that Colt Technology Services in Norwich they hung up!
