Rejected the call and I think they rang from another number 0177 463 9555 5 seconds later, rejected that call also. Normally it's just 3 beeps and they hang up anyway.

Standard scam call pattern, goes to voicemail, no message left. Interestingly, if you look at Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd.'s TrustPilot replies, they're saying that they've checked the call logs for the customers these numbers are hired to, and found no calls made at the times the scam calls were happening. So the surmise is that the scammers haven't even purchased these numbers, they're just replacing the real calling-number info with fake representations of numbers being operated by legit businesses.
