01570 980009 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Two missed calls on my mobile today, which I turn off at night but will block it because I suspect its another spam caller after looking up the area code. Im in Colchester and dont know anyone from the Leominster area.

An Indian woman answered the phone then she hung up probably a scam

Pretending to be o2. Took control of my account. Knew all my account details

Called just now saying he was from o2 and was going to lower my bill then asked if I had an iPhone or a Samsung, got confused when I said it was a Google phone. Told me that doesn't matter, asked for my email address and how much I pay to o2, I told him nothing because neither of my sim cards are on o2. He then asked me to hold while he put me through to the other department and cut me off.

Well they just called and tried to say was virgin and what phone did I have? When I replied if your were virgin you would know .He then says was a different department and swore at me and said I was wasting his time 🤣

I didn’t answer. Having seen this website I have now blocked the number.

Got a call few mins ago. Didn't answer but I do notice somebody else claim it was EE and yesterday was the final payment on my EE contract so there's some credence to believe it's their marketing department.

Answered but didn't speak. They hung up

Scam pretending to be 3 mobile

Called herself Angelina. Asked if I was happy with EE deal. Then asked to verify my email address. when asked why she garbled some nonsense about a fresh deal that would cost no more. I thanked her & said I was happy with my BT deal and said goodbye.

Usual garbage. Terrible spoken English. Awful quality phone line. Offering mobile phones. Life's too short to waste on this guff

Phoned me 27th August 2022 claiming to be from O2 and when I just said hmm they hung up. There seems to be a lot of scamming going around especially pretending to be o2

answered the call and it was just silent for 7 seconds before they hung up

Rang three times and then disconnected

Didn't answer but a minute later got a call from01564444024 which was blocked by my spam filter and then 01568586872 which is from Leominster answered the call but there was no answer
