o2 network, male, if allowed to say it. Promising to cut my bills by at least a third, guaranteed. Strangely enough was a call a minute beforehand from the same guy but number 01926 299002.
Phone rang but caller immediately hung up before I answered. Showed Killin, Scotland. Obviously a fraudulent caller.
Says they are from EE and will give you the latest phone for free.
