Energy survey, “I believe you’re the home owner” Doesn’t listen at all, we live on a boat, that was too difficult for him, well spoken English but clearly leading up to a sales pitch but once he understood we only use solar power and bottled gas he hung up! Wish I’d hung up first I felt so annoyed with him.
