01558 333027 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

same just happened to me, i upgraded 2 weeks ago

Rang no msg left

Called claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse and stating that they can upgrade my current phone. Continued to ask which phone I currently have and when asked why they're calling for a location in Llandeilo, Wales they informed me that they were in London. Once re-iterated that their number originates outside of the 0292xx London range they proceeded to hang up the call.

They claimed to be from EE when they called me offering me help with my upgrade. I'd upgraded a month ago

Claimed to be from O2 offering 30% discount on my current contract, would have been good if I was on O2 🤣

Be aware of this number, chap just called me sounded from the middle east. Said I am eligible for a phone upgrade claiming to be from three. Then asked me what phone I am using. Red flag. Then I asked qhat is my name. He hangs up. Call the same number back its tele marketing likely scam.

Claim to be O2 and offering a discount on my current contact... even though i'm not with O2! Proceeded to tell me that i indeed WAS with O2, to which they were politely asked to "go away" !! Although the number originated in Wales, the connection must be rerouted to the Moon and back as i couldn't hear much on the line. I have contacted the PM of Wales to suggest an upgrade of their communication system.

Claimed to be from 02, reported to Action Fraud.

Received call from this and one ending …36 ignored and blocked.

My phone identified it as potential fraud. I answered and got no response for 7 seconds so hung up.

the voice sounded distant, and not from this country from what I could gather. Claimed to be 02, when it is a company mobile I have. Told them to go away, and it went dead.

Claim to be from 02 - is a scam and impersonation fraud.

Claimed to be from O2 offering a discount on our account. we are not with O2. Two minutes later the smane call to another of our phones with a slightly different number
