Woman with strong foreign accent claimed to be from O2 and said a they could save money on my account and that I would be sent a security code. I had not requested the code and rang off
Claimed to be from O2 blurting out how much cheaper my phone rental could be, i hung up on this foreign accent girl because she didn't sound genuine so i told her i couldn't understand her.
Call from woman I couldn't understand. Hung up.
Woman called me but i couldn't understand exactly what she was saying. Having read this thread she might have been saying E.On energy. When i asked her if she had the wrong number she shouted at me that she 'didn't have the wrong number' and hung up.
Claimed to be from Eon Energy wanting to speak to owner who wasn't in. Said he would ring back!
This is the most recent in a string of weird calls I’ve got. This one came up as Llandovery Wales but previous calls came up as other random places in the UK I’ve never been to. Unlike everyone else however they don’t actually say anything to me nor do they repeat call. Every four or five days a number calls me and hangs up instantly or stops calling before I’d have time to answer. I’m genuinely baffled what this could even achieve to be honest.
Claimed to be from O2. I am not on O2. I asked if they could tell me what my name is, if I'm an O2 customer. They hung up.
I think is a scam. As i see all calls begun on 04 july so probably is a new number for this use.
Claimed to be from O2. Didn't look like an O2 number and she sounded dodgy. Said I didn't believe her and cut her off.
Claimed to be from Virgin Media. Told him that I didn't believe him and rang off
