Said they were from Virgin Media regarding my slow internet, when I answered so I suppose you’re going to ask me to give you access to my computer, she said who told you that and she then promptly hung up. This is the 4th call today supposedly from Virgin Media, all different numbers.
Caller said they were from Sky about renewal for tv repair and maintenance. Told him we weren’t with Sky and he changed his tune and it was just about the insurance renewal. I said we didn’t have any insurance cover with them and he said he could see from their records that we’d paid £11 per month over the last year. At this stage I laughed and hung up.
Asked for half of me which was the wrong surname I asked who? They corrected it to another way of saying it so I said who again and could they spell my surname I repeated it twice they then hung up if legit they’d spell it out
