Criminals pretending to be debt collectors. The number is operated through service providers Twilio Ireland. The only way to stop these criminals is to write to your MP and demand that only people fully resident in the uk with full identification documents can rent these lines. Then if they do call and you're registered with the useless Telephone Preference Service, they might get fined if you put pressure on the Information Commissioners Office through your MP.
