voice message on my mobile 'phone today asking me to call back on this number but message does not specify who the call is from, and ends with 'thanks, regards. Hardly the way Octopus Energy or any other business is likely to end a call? I am an Octopus Energy Customer so planning to e-mail them but will also block this 'phone number in case it's Spam.

Missed call from this number, read the comments here and emailed Octopus as I am a customer of theirs. Their reply was simple enough: I can confirm that the call you received was not from Octopus Energy. It appears this number is likely to be a scam. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let me know. So go forth and block this number and report to your hearts content. Hope this helps someone.

Phone call 12 January 23 .Well spoken lady saying that she was from octopus energy and wanted to talk about my bill.asked for more information she would not say. I said call back tomorrow and put the phone down.

Pretending as Octopus energy automatic call, not sure it is a scammer or not.

Several Voicemails from this number no ID from caller name or business left on message,request to call them back....now blocked. If this is Octopus or legitimate business call they have to improve their professionalism regarding communications. PH

Recorded message saying it was octopus energy and to press 1 to speak to someone, then tried to obtain security info such as address, but when questioning the account number they hung up
