This number called, foreign voice (not UK) said they were from EE but the person had lengthy periods of saying nothing. Felt call was suspicious so I have blocked it.

Just had a call that I missed. Called it back and it said "this person's phone is not able to receive calls at this time" I have blocked it.

Answered the phone. 10 seconds of silence. Then a computerised beep and the phone call was disconnected. Suspicious
