Sounded like he said he was calling from the E A R Care Centre in Norwich although this is not a Norwich number. Wanted to know 'how I was doing'. Decided to put the phone down.
Young lady claiming to be "Morgan" called today from Eco Friendly Care Team. I challenged her about the legality of the call and for who she was collecting data. Said for the government and local authority . Asked where she was calling from claimed Prince of Wales Road but unable to give a number or description of where the premises were. Explained that I was going to report the call to the ICO and half-heartedly tried to persuade me not to do this. Call lasted several minutes until I politely ended the call.
Tried ringing back but cut off immediately
