Indian accent, claimed to be BT Openreach and referred to my husband by his name Mr X*****, which he declined to confirm. They sounded like they were reading from a script using technobabble and told him they are picking up network errors and an issue with our router. At which point he told them it sounded like a known scam and hung up.
