Recorded message, claiming they are 'Bank Security'... allegedly £300 has been spent on this, and £1,100 has been spent on that !! All nonsense. The recorded message plays the sound of a phone hanging-up, and then the continuous tone that signifies a call ended. If you stay on the line you can hear office or home noises in the background. An amateur set-up, preying on the vulnerable. Avoid.
