Africa woman called saying she was from open reach, what has happened to your internet speed, wanted me to turn computer on and check it. Hung up guessed it was a scam.
Man said he was from BT OpenReach. I just politely replied saying I didn't think he was and hung up. I'm getting really fed up with these type of calls. When will they stop!
Said they were from BT and I had a virus. When I questioned who they really were they hung up.
Asked for wife by name. Wife gave Asian woman a fabricated answer story to which caller called wife a mad woman and hung up.
Another guy saying he was from bt about my router errors - Im not with bt anyway - total garbish trying to get into my router - said I did not have the internet and he hang up
Enquiring about my internet - hung up before he could ginish
