Said calling from Boots and that I am overdue an eye test…. Called me by mi first name. I believe it was probably a genuine call as I am overdue and they were last to check my eyesight despite the number being flagged as spam on my Android phone. I did not continue conversation.
The call is from Boots the chemist. In this case it was their opticians booking service giving a reminder that an annual check-up is due and looking to arrange a local appointment.
