Lady offered to reduce my O2 phone bill, spam call

Called to offer me a phone upgrade. Faked up Indian call centre noise in background. Spoke very poor English and was deliberately rushed. Asked for my name and got it wrong. Clearly a scam. I should add that the Indian call centre operated by 3 mobile is highly professional and courteous.
