Called at 10:30 then hung up after answering question "can you here me" Supposed to be estate agent from Cleethorpes / Grimsby Lincolnshire England. Very doubtful as caller was asian, long delay on internet phone possibly. I suspect a hack of the Estate agent phone system. Be careful. 14720 is blocked automatically by bT for this area.
