Usual I’ve been involved in an accident crap. Knew my name and obvs my number, phishing bollocks. Hang up!
Called about an accident in last 12 months. I asked where they obtained that information. I asked her to confirm the date of the accident, that I never had. She did not have that information. I asked name of her company she said Auto assist. I asked her name , Sarah adams, I said I was busy at work and would call her back , not that silly obviously, I then asked her job title. She hung up
They are phishing. They say it's about a minor car accident. They hope you have had such an accident and will engage with them. Illegal cold call. Sick of these time wasters. They don't give up.
scammers and I wasted their time and they hung up ...losers!!!
Seemed to have some information on an accident I genuinely had. I agree with other comments on this page that this may have been an ambulance chaser or similar, as the only information I confirmed was the nature of the accident, that I didn't have an injuries and that it happened over 12 months ago, at which point they hung up quite quickly. Will block number.
I answered and they hung up but reading these comments i can see its ambulance chaser so thank you for the scam advice il be blooking this number.👍
Accident nonsense. How on earth do people actually fall for these types of Scam? I honestly cannot believe a person with enough intelligence to answer a call could possibly not have enough intelligence to know instantly its a scam.
Katie from TMA regarding an alleged accident within the last 18 months which has been sorted. Advised wrong information. She hung up.
Eastern European accent and called about accident claim for the accident I never had. Knew my name and was reading the script very fast. Scam!!
Asked for accident that I never had and knew my name. Even if call terminated - scammers already know two pieces of info for you : Name and Mobile. Phishing with purpose Identity theft. Strongly advise to buy CIFAS protection in order someone to not use your data.
