It is the MoD IT Service Centre for employee IT issues, they call a mobile if you are having problems with your IT, and cannot be contacted via Skype ot Teams. It's genuine

It's most likely a scam. Why would a military IT service centre be calling domestic phone numbers? For that matter, why would their number even be in the public domain?
