Called pretending to be from O2 about a simcard upgrade to 5G. Very strong Indian accents that I struggled to understand and rounded off by them not getting the word 'upgrade' right and pronouncing it as 'upgradation' Put me on hold and transferred me to someone else to make it sound legit. Hung up when I was sure it was a scam, before giving out any personal info.
