If you've bought from IJT Direct this will be from their sales people with offers on inks, toners, etc. They’re perfectly reasonable, and the company is honest. Their service & products are very good, it’s just that they call a bit too often. I get a call c every month. I either ask them to call back 1 week later when I’ve checked ink supplies, etc. & considered their offer, or don’t answer. They are always polite and helpful, not pushy.
