Told us he was calling about our O2 mobile and that we were out of our refresh contract and called to see if we wanted to change our current call tariff. All the way through it was implied he was from O2 when in fact we found out much later he is from aerial mobile. They do work alongside O2 and we are still paying 02 direct for the tariff but we are now contracted with aerial mobile. Luckily we have a cheaper deal but aerial are not interested in cancelling the contract once you’ve agreed even within the first 14days so we’re now with them for the next 2 years even though we were totally unaware we had changed providers until O2 told us
