Said that he was calling from a welfare company on behalf of the new government scheme to replace my boiler for free as I had been selected and was eligible. When I proved further asking if they could prove they were legitimate by providing me with additional information that they would need with regards to my boiler etc, he replied that they have my information but needed me to confirm it but they would not say anything. I did not give any information and explained I did not feel the call to be genuine and he simply replied “that’s up to you then” and hung up.

When I don't recognise a number I just let it ring out and then add it to blacklist numbers 🤗

Saying they are calling about the government grant for replacing the old heating systems with the new onces that run on solar panels. When I asked a couple of questions, she kept saying that the line is breaking up and she cannot hear the whole question, that went fo about 4 rounds before I hang up.

Just hung up when I answered. Clearly a spam call.
