This is related to a problem with gas hobs. The call is to arrange an emergency technician to come out. Less than 24hours after the call I have had British Gas out to change a valve on my hob I purchased in 2022. Do not ignore!
Recall on gas hobs. Had missed call and voicemail, I have checked with Samsung and they transferred me to this line to book an appointment for inspection and repair.

Call regarding ongoing gas hobs recall, arranging free inspections and replacement of recalled part. No scam. Legit. They have sent British Gas who replaced the part
Same call from a someone with a bad accent, hung up.
Russell Hobbs have an ongoing recall at the moment for which they are booking free inspection visits and rectification work if required. I received a followup call from this number for an ongoing claim regarding the recall I had booked online. So it legit. They also left a voicemail.
Claimed to be from Samsung offered free phone repair and update. Told them nothing wrong with my phone and hung up.
