Called and claimed she was from east sussex health care and asked for my mothers date of birth as she claimed my Mum had a telephone consultation booked. Seemed dodgy to me so never gave her any information. If it was genuine a letter would have been received to tell us a telephone consultation had been made on a certain date and time ,we haven't received a letter from anyone. I think this is a scam so be careful and don't give out any information no matter how small to these people.
