Rang about loft insulation upgrade - didn't engage with caller

Cold calling picking on the old and vulnerable people who own their own house. Offering services for upgrading loft insulation I tried ringing the number back to see if it was a valid company. The line went dead meaning it was a scammer only ringing out not taking calls in. It was NOT a bona fide company it was a scam.
