had a call from a lady saying I had three years warranty left and could now renew it. when I asked where she was from and what warranty she kept telling me to stop butting in and was trying to tell me. She kept on about appliances and when I asked which she said my washer and fridge freezer. At this point I started laughing and told her she was deluded as my washer was over 25 years old, and then I put the phone down. She was very rude.

Female caller stated had taken out cover for appliances 2 years ago, offering reduced price. Would not state exactly when cover taken out. She put phone down on being asked for details. Rang morning. Poss scam.

Caller told me I had taken out kitchen appliance insurance with them 2 years ago but refused to give me the name of the company when I told him I had not and the second time I told him not to call me 'my lovely' and to tell me which company he was calling from he put down the phone.
