Called me on a Sunday! A SUNDAY! I didn’t answer for that reason. Other posters have stated it’s ASDA regarding a survey. ASDA if it is you; this is a perfect example of how to LOSE business in 2 easy steps

Called my number but asked to speak to my wife (by her name), claimed to be calling from Asda online groceries. Felt very dodgy so I ended the call.

Claimed to be ASDA asking for feedback as to why I don’t use their delivery anymore. I gave feedback and was told i could have a voucher but that they needed to confirm my details. I asserted that they called me and I shouldn’t need to prove who I am to receive a voucher (Or rather a link to a voucher) to my already registered account/email. They kept pushing that they would need to confirm this information and I said it wasn’t worth it, seemed very suspicious.

Caller said it was Asda Harrogate. Thought that was very unusual, so didn’t enter into conversation. They hung up.
