Caller claims to be from BT calling to discuss moving our analogue line to digital. Complete fraud call, we are with BT and they would not make this mistake. We don't have an analogue line - I know, I moved everything to VOIP over a year ago
Spoke with someone from BT maintenance team regarding switching over to full digital fibre. Very helpful and explained the process. Overall very happy with the person who dealt with this.

Said they're BT maintenance team and trying to get us to switch over to a digital line. Not 100% convinced, as the lines aren't due to switch until 2027.
