Caller claims to be from BT calling to discuss moving our analogue line to digital. Complete fraud call, we are with BT and they would not make this mistake. We don't have an analogue line - I know, I moved everything to VOIP over a year ago

spoke to an individual from BT maintenance team. He arranged for someone from local business to attend my premises and managed to offer a resolution to connection issues we had. overall very helpful.
