Answered the call and a woman with an East London accent launched into a spiel without saying who she was or asking if it was convenient. I waited to see if she'd take a break to breath and as she didn't I cut her off mid flow. Wonder if she'll call back? She was rambling on about loft insultation. Reading other comments this is allegedly a scam.
