I believe these calls come from Angel Services Horsham. They are working for the RSPCA in trying to get members to leave them money in a Will.

Claimed to be working for a fund raising organisation on behalf of the RSPCA. All he wanted was private details from me but did not have enough brain cells to deal with the call.
