recorded message -press 1 to continue or discontinue Amazon Prime. SCAM when Amazon get their headquarters in Dulverton or when I use Amazon I might be interested. most probably get a dialling tone to some 0900 high cost number which then answers and keeps you hanging on whilst charges mount up
