Call aborted as I answered - probably autodialer had connected to someone else.

Doesn't even reply after you answer the phone and hangs up straight away. I've had them call 4 times in 2 days.

They pretend to be from BT Openreach broadband services and try to get you to give them control of your computer, internet banking etc. They start by getting you to read out the SMS message from BT to reset your MyBT online account password so they can get to your bank details, DOB, address, etc.
