Possible Double Glazing Windows Scam claimed to be from EE Windows who when I looked it up there another EE windows company but they only cover Cumbria but this guy is working in Exeter Devon?

I missed the call. Tried to call back, no reply. I am now blocking this number as this is not the first time they have called me. It would be interesting to find out who it is though.
