01388 212010 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

I keep getting harassed by this number, and another one which is 02034956401, please dont answer these calls, they are scams, the 0203 is a po box, and the other one is an American automated voice saying there busy now, then goes dead, my suspicions is a scam, can someone please put my anxiety at ease, and let me know if I should block both numbers, thankyou in advance, just traced it via fbook to a savather day work...., last name to long to show, hope it helps, he's Nigerian

I received a call from this number yesterday at 11,34am. I called it back and the automated message said they are called Local Phone... BLOCKED & DELETED!!!!

The number they called is not used for incoming calls and so did not get answered. The phone is only used for outgoing emergency calls to a single number. Undoubtedly some form of scam or fraud type call [or a mis-dial].

Received 2 calls today from this number. I picked up the first time round and got no answer. Second time I sent through to voicemail and they left me with an empty voicemail.

Couldn't answer the call and was going to return the call, but thought I'd just check it out online first. Glad I did so i can just block it. Shocking the phone service providers aren't monitoring this and shutting them down immediately.

Answered the call from this number 01388 212010. They screamed down the phone. Just searched the number, and previous experiences of other people matches something I received earlier today. Earlier today I got a call from 0131 516 9731 Claiming to be ‘Curry’s’ taken over from Carphone Warehouse, saying my 02 contract was to be updated and I could get a new phone. I stated I had already got an upgrade in June so that’s odd. The person asked me if I had bought this or got a contract. VERY believable! Please be careful!

Absolutely a scam call. Trying to sort out get o2 security code.

They keep calling

Looked the number up here - I did not answer. I rarely give out my phone number so don't know how they got it - unless they guess.

I was called by someone pretending to be from 02 offering a phone upgrade. As soon as I said I wasn't with 02 they hung up.

They hung up when I answered with my name

I just got called by this number (mobile number located in North London). 13:00 on 07/02/2022. Clearly an automatic dialler which then put me through to an idiot. I told him my number was registered with the Telephone Preference Service and that he was committing a crime by ringing unsolicited. He actually argued with me! Nope. Bye!

Called and said they were from Currys PC world. When I said I wanted to be removed from their call list he wanted me to tell him why. He then said "I love you" with kissy noises. I told him to f**k off, hung up and blocked number.

Spam call

Male with strong indian accent claimed to be from carphone warehouse - immediately hung up on him.

Didn't answer, number isn't picked up by googles spam filter but highly likely its a scam.

Phone warned this was a potential fraud so didn't answer

I didn't answer, no message left, checked up on here and have now blocked thecaller.

usual scam spam idiots. part of a rush of calls claiming to be O2, Currys, Carphone Warehouse i am getting from multiple spoofed UK numbers. all within the past week. answered as work phone and just stayed silent, could hear "hello dis is O2 calling about your phone deal.." heavy indian accent. blocked...

Answered but no one on the other end I put phone down and blocked.

Answered call, there were a couple of clicks then connected to a real person, sounded Indian. She said hello, and is anybody there, no indication of who’s calling like you’d expect with a proper call. I didn’t answer her and she hung up.

Connects to Indian call centre

Said they were from O2 reducing my bill. Said he was going to send me two text messages and i needed to confirm the code to him. Do not answer. Its a scam and not O2. Blocked

Just had a call from this number. No answer when I said hello and then they hung up on me. Number now blocked. Probably sounded too young for them to try and scam. Probably wanting to prey on the elderly and vulnerable

Scammer from different extension. Blew raspberries down phone while she attempted to say ‘ can you here me ‘ several times . Sick of these b******s!

I was receiving calls from 01338 212009; now blocked. Instead calls from 01388 212010.

Said they were calling from ‘Curries Mobile’ I hung up
