I too requested a brochure as im looking to replace the one we already have......that was about six weeks ago and ive still not received a brochure,so i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Daily call shown as Potential Fraud

Phone rang answered it no person replied, so I hung up

Caller did not leave message on answer m/c. Suspected Scam Call

Leave me alone I told them as I was just looking (that was a waste of time). They have been blocked they're calling several times a day can they not take a hint?

This is the same for me as I filled in an online form requesting a brochure on their electric beds. No brochure has arrived at all but they are calling me 4-5 times a day. It’s a sorry state of affairs and they certainly won’t be getting my business as they are behaving very unprofessionally for a company. I have since blocked their calls.

I made an enquiry online regarding a rise and recline chair from The Recliner Factory. I gave strict instructions not to call me as I struggle to use the phone, but had to give a number to complete the quotation request. I even replied to their e-mail asking them not to ring me, and to provide the quote in writing. So far they have tried ringing me 4 times, every day for 3 days in a row!! I consider that to be harassment and a blatant disregard of a special request from a disabled customer. They wont be getting my business.

Didn’t recognise number and don’t know anyone in Dudley. Left no voicemail message so suspect.

They have rung my mobile 3 times since yesterday, not calling them back, never stay on long enough for me to answer!
