I have several calls from these a day right up until 9pm at night so sick!!

Stop calling me please it is bordering on harassment.

Noticed these people ringing me twice a day for the last2 wks. Looked up the number on line so I ignore it. They have tried the tactick of ringing from another number between 5 mins or half an hour later which comes up as an unknown number so ignore these calls2. We should find a better way2 stop these people from this practice than us having to adopt the current methods we use.

This number called me 13 times in swift succession last Friday - all because their first call got ignored, then subsequent calls blocked. Having checked my blocked calls, there are 13 in total - each time duplicated except for an odd one at 16.23. Glad I checked this site.

Called claiming to be from a Cancer charity and asked if i would like a money collection box sending out. I explained very nicely I am already raising a lot for charity at the moment so I cannot be asking my friends for anymore money - hadnt even finished my sentence and they put the phone down on me. Must be a scam.

Rang me at 8.45 pm Sat evening!!! Missed the call, but thanks to everyone logging their messages, I have blocked the caller. Whatever they want to sell, it is totally unacceptable to do it out of normal 'office' hours... Wrong Wrong Wrong... Even if it's genuine, I wouldn't donate anything just out of principle.

Continuously called me 2/3 times a day but being busy and not recognising the number i didn't answer until one evening, they knew my name and claimed to be cancer research. I didn't give them chance to say anything else, i said "F*** off you annoying, thieving t****" and hung up on them then they haven't bothered me since. Cant do with scumbags using these charities to scam money out of people!

receiving calls from this number for nearly a month , weekdays, weekends, early mornings and late evenings. Decide to google it and found this website. Unbelievable! I think it needs to be reported... And spread this number with ll people you know !!

Keep getting phone calls at any time of the day very rude to customers

Called again today 8/2 2 15 pm -now concerned who has sold them my number.

No body there - who cares - now blocked. No decent company would call at this time to a number picked at random.

consistent calls over 1 week over 5 times a day. when picked up no one is there and hangs up but when call back they claim to be worldwide cancer research.

This is doing my head in this bloody number calls me three times a day . There ought to be some sort of law about it

01383628774 has been calling me all weekend at ridiculous hours, I even rung them back up and pressed '2' to unsubscribe, if anything its got worse!

Have called me in total 14 times in last four days going insane I don't answer numbers I don't no and big once have they left a voicemail

Just had a call from this number, I want to know how they get my name and number. She said she's from an animal cancer charity and wants to send me a box to keep at home to put money in and send back

This number has rang me on several occasions. Every time I answer they hang up.

This number has been calling my mobile 3 - 4 times a day. The 3rd time today was at 20.50hrs. I don't answer as I don't recognise the number however after reading comments on this site I will now block the number.

Has been calling my incessantly for weeks now, I have blocked this caller after reading the other comments on here.

Ruddy number rings me 2 or 3 times a day has been doing so for several months .I don'tbother answering it now days as there'd alwaiys been a deadline when I had done so.if it is a charity can't see how they raise much if they never talk to anyone.

I have received mobile calls for the past week from this number, when answered no one there. Rang the number back got recorded message for Worldwide Cancer Research. Told me to leave name and telephone number and they would take me off their telephone list. All calls in the evening around 6.30.

2 days in a row on my mobile between 3pm and4 4pm, haven't answered. Glad there is a site like this so others can be made aware

Been calling my mobile just now, I wait for it til stopped, I copy the number and look it up on google with this website that I have always checked with. Thanks goodness after reading the comments, now I have blocked this caller. Go away where did you get my number!?

Since the 20th of November, I have received 2 calls a day from this number. Every time there has been no-one on the line. Having read of so many other people who have been getting the same call, I am greatly relieved. I am in my 70's and do not like this kind of anonymous call, especially as they are usually late evening. Thanks to everyone who has commented on this number, I feel much more settled now.

They have called my mobile about 25 times, the last today about 4.40pm. I have not answered any of the calls, having missed the first and googling their number to find out who they are. I am registered with TPS and complained but cannot fathom a way to block their number on my phone so may try reporting to my network. Absolute nuisance.

Got a phone call from 01383 628774. I do not answer numbers to my mobile, I don't know. Caller now blocked. Thank you all who have contributed on this site to make me aware of such possible fraudsters

Worldwide Cancer Research is where he claimed to be calling from.

I had my first call from this number last night on my mobile at about 8.45pm a woman said my name, said she was calling on behalf of a cancer charity I believe. I was annoyed and disturbed at someone calling at that time and that they knew my name, I have a disability and suffer a lot of fatigue and many other things, just about to take my night time meds. All I thought of was, "where did you get my number from", she responded with some name, but i didn't get what that name was, she then said, "you can Google it/look it up", but I put the phone down at that point!

Phoned me three times now claiming to be a cancer research organisation. Want to send me an envelope so I can put some cash in it and send it back. Want my name and address. So told them I already subscribe to cancer charity and to stop calling me. I suspect it is a scam.

2 days in a row, but didnt answer. Both times left no message.
