Unknown Caller
10 Oct 2025
Caller stated my loft insulation (fibreglass or rockwool) could cause condensation and had I had a professional check it. As it happened I've just had the house assessed for a EPC report ahead of building works. Caller ended the call in a civil manner. Was expecting to be sold spray applied insulation (which is terrible and now mortgage lenders are ensuring you don't have) caller never really tried to sell me anything. After the call, I felt that the caller could have been an AI voice as it didn't feel quite right. Very odd.
